Distilling our AAA experience into the creative freedom of Indie Game Dev, we are a collective of senior developers with an experience average that’s old enough have its own job. We have worked on everything from the biggest blockbuster franchises to the smallest indie game jams with an insatiable drive to create.

Feature creep and “I don’t know what I want, but I’ll know it when I see it” style direction have no place here. Scoping to our strengths and knowing when to pivot lets us achieve more with less without sacrificing quality of life to get there.

Loyalty isn’t bought, it’s earned and our ideology not only ties us together, it creates an environment that blossoms and grows from the nourishment.

A framework of mutual respect, transparency, inclusion, accountability, and trust shouldn’t be a novel concept, it should be the norm. Crunch is not a scheduling tool, toxic work culture is not a consequence of growth, and change is an action, not a goal. We exist to be the change we want to see in the game dev world.

With in-studio, freelance, and remote experience under our belts (and roots that carbon date back to the early 2000s forum-based HL1 mod scene) – we know how to stay productive and connected no matter where we’re working from.
